WHAT WE DO

We focus on the acquisition and early stage development of real estate in Southern Spain. We are usually not involved in actual construction work in order to limit investment amount and project risks.

  • Over the years of business, we have developed unique market know-how and local contacts, which gives us access to attractive plots of lands whose sale is not advertised publicly and allows for exclusive negotiations with the sellers
  • We offer tax optimised transaction structures to sellers, which makes us an attractive counterparty. Through a track record of successful projects, we have established a reputation as a reliable counter-party for Spanish land owners
  • Acquisition opportunities are provided mainly by private individuals, participation in projects is by invitation only
  • We co-invest in all projects at a typical level of 10%. In addition, we typically charge an annual management fee of 1-1.5% of the investment amount to cover ongoing expenses and a success fee of 33% of the value creation above an annual IRR of 7% payable from proceeds of a successful sale of the property.
